Rajesh Poudel, Field Ecologist
As a Field Crew Member for Wetland Services, Inc., Rajesh works with other members of the Wetland Services team to collect ecological data. He also supports data review, assessment and processing.
Rajesh holds a Master of Science in Engineering Degree from Youngstown, OH and completed a thesis on A Rosgen Level III Analysis of Two Stream Restoration Projects near Youngstown, Ohio in December of 2010. He also completed an internship with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, where he supervised bridge construction, road construction and maintenance projects conforming to the PennDOT standards.
Other accomplishments include:
- Academic Project: Feasibility, field survey, design and estimation of a community-based gravity water supply system.
- Academic Project: Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) of a solid waste landfill site.
- Mine safety training, Kentucky – January 2011
- Introduction to Arc GIS1 Training Certificate, Environmental System Research Institute (ESRI) – May 2009.
