Tim grew up working with his family on their on 3rd generation farm in Geneva,
KY. Following service in the U.S.
Marine Corps, as a Huey helicopter crew chief, Tim became involved with wetland management and subsequently earned a Bachelors
of Science in Wetland Ecology from the University of Kentucky.
In 1997 Wetland Services was formally incorporated and now maintains a wide
variety of satisfied clients including federal, state and local entities, industrial and commercial developers, farmers, landowners
and hunting clubs. Tim’s experience with wetland & stream restoration
ranges from Federal and State regulatory requirements protecting wetlands to Federal, State, nonprofit and private efforts
and subsidies to restore wetlands.
Utilizing Federal subsidies Tim has restored hydrology and impounded shallow
water on 220 acres of prior converted cropland, reforested 590 acres of bottomland forest and established 470 acres of native
prairie. Annually he establishes approximately 300 acres of wildlife food plots. Tim manages over 4,200 acres of bottomland in western Kentucky
including 3,290 acres for a premier hunting club in Henderson
County. Wetland Services
has conducted certified wetland delineations in 7 midwest states. Wetland Services
is currently developing a 68 acre wetland mitigation bank in Indiana.
Tim is a board member of the Pond Creek Watershed Conservation District where
he acquires funding, designs and implements conservation programs within the 25 square-mile basin. He also ensures regulatory compliance with drainage management overseen by the board. Tim has substantial
education and experience with land management, wetland ecology and restoration.
By invitation he assisted with establishment of an Indiana State Wetland Policy.
He worked with State Congressional Representatives and Director of the Indiana Environmental Institute, Bill Beranek, to develop
a state wetland assessment protocol that was submitted to the Indiana Congress.
Tim assists the USDA’s Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) in
using GPS and satellite imagery to map conservation efforts on high priority lands in western Kentucky. Tim also sits on the Green
River area NRCS Funding Board to determine funding allotments for specific conservation programs.
Tim contributes as a managing partner of Cypress Agricultural Services, LLC
(a land trust investment corporation) experience in targeting specific lands and acquiring subsidies to purchase and restore
these lands.

Like Tim, Mike also grew up working on their
family farm. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources Environmental Protection from Ball
State University, where he received the distinction of being selected as the Outstanding Senior.
In 1992 Mike accepted the position of Manager of Environmental Affairs for Southern
Indiana Gas & Electric Company (SIGECO) and following mergers was later promoted to Director of Environmental Affairs
for Vectren, Inc. (a $2 billion dollar gas & electric company). In this position Mike was responsible
for integration and management of the environmental programs for three utilities; SIGECO, Indiana Gas and the gas operations
of Dayton Power and Light. Duties included development, prioritization and implementation of corporate
environmental compliance programs. Mike has implemented numerous major environmental projects including,
wetland mitigation projects, landfill development/expansions and power plant pollution control systems.
In addition to maintaining corporate environmental compliance Mike was responsible for developing
and implementing a corporate image enhancement environmental portfolio. Towards this goal Mike initiated
a community not-for-profit organization dedicated to wildlife habitat restoration. He also orchestrated the development of
an 1,100 acre wetland conservation area, at a net profit to the company. Mike initiated two environmental related subsidiaries
while at SIGECO, Air Quality Services and Babb International.
In 2002 Mike elected to leave Vectren and pursue independent business opportunities associated with ecological
land development, real estate and wetland restoration. Mike is a Managing Partner with Cypress Agricultural
Services, LLC.
Mike has served as Co-chairman of the Evansville
Chamber Environmental Committee; Treasurer of Evansville Clean Cities (a non-profit organization); State representative for
the Midwest Ozone Group; twice chaired the Indiana Electric Association, Environmental Policy Group; is the current president
of the Big Creek Wildlife Foundation; served on the board of directors for Babb International; and, at the behest of Congressman
John Hostettler attended White House Energy Policy discussions. Mike has also served on the following committees:
Indiana State Legislature, Environmental Quality Service Council, Wetlands Committee; Indiana Legislative Environmental Quality
Service Council, Air Sub Committee; Southwestern Indiana Regional Air Quality Committee; and ORSANCO Power Industry Advisory
Committee.

Brian also grew up working with his family on their on 3rd generation farm
in Geneva,
KY. Brian earned a Bachelors of
Science in Forestry and a Masters of Science in Plant and Soil Science from the University
of Kentucky, Lexington.
Brian has 8 years of experience in natural resource inventory, management and
restoration. Brian has experience in stream survey and design and specializes
in incorporating science and aesthetics to complete projects that blend aesthetically into natural settings. Brian has been certified in wetland delineation by the Wetland Training Institute and trained by the NC
Stream Restoration Institute in stream classification and survey. Brian has completed
numerous wetland delineations and permits, several Phase One Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), and aided in
the design, construction, and monitoring of wetland & stream mitigation projects.
He is experienced in timber management and in designing and implementing habitat enhancement programs for both terrestrial
and aquatic habitats.
